Shehani is a dynamic young legal professional who is currently working as a lecturer in law at the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura . She is a visiting lecturer to many private education institution. She has over five years of experience in teaching commercial law and advisory services for a wide variety of clients including fintech, hospitality, SMEs and startups.

She is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka. She has completed Master of Business Administration at Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She has obtained LLB from the Faculty of Law, University of Colombo.

Shehani is passionate about disseminating the knowledge she has and works as a Lecturer in professional examinations over the past five years.
